Senior Stylist

We are looking for a superstar ✨ Senior Stylist that is like minded and ready to be part of the Bob story. Are you genuinely passionate about the hair industry, open to developing and growing your craft and skill-sets and ready to have some FUN?! If that’s the case, we would love to meet you!

We offer a more connected alternative to the hustle and bustle of high-traffic salons. Our focus is on creating beautiful hair while fostering a supportive, creative environment that encourages passion and collaboration whilst also delivering stunning work.

The Details: 

  • A competitive salary based on experience, clientele and work- plus achievable incentives and bonuses.

  • 3-5 day week with 1 late night only.  

  • On-site & off-site training, helping us stay ahead of the latest trends and developments. 

  • 4-6 weeks of annual leave, with a 2-week Christmas closure - finishing up before Christmas Eve. 

  • Monthly team breakfasts. 

  • Get to work in a beautifully designed, chemical-free space that supports health and well-being! 

Apprentice

We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st or 2nd year apprentices that LOVES all things hair - is excited for what their craft could be developed into and loves to offer excellent customer service. 🫶🏻

Our salon apprentices are a core member of our team. They are the ones that keep the ball rolling to ensure our clients have the best possible experience.

What we need from you: 
Our team will be your tribe. We need kindness and fun to be a value. We are so excited to have you, but we need you to want to be there too. 

We want to celebrate all your wins and watch you thrive personally, but also see you thrive as an Apprentice within our space. So come ready to grow in a beautiful, supportive way! 

The Details:

Here are some of the tasks that you will find yourself doing in this role:

  • Client Service

  • Supporting senior stylists and being part of a fun & nurturing team

  • On the floor learning -  day to day education

  • Keeping the Salon looking beautiful

  • Weekly Training with our Creative Director + Lead Trainer

  • Formal learning at BIBA Academy

You’ll receive all the good stuff. All the expected stuff - plus a few incredible perks, that we think are pretty great (like, having a nice break over Christmas)
