Senior Stylist
We are looking for a superstar ✨ Senior Stylist that is like minded and ready to be part of the Bob story. Are you genuinely passionate about the hair industry, open to developing and growing your craft and skill-sets and ready to have some FUN?! If that’s the case, we would love to meet you!
We offer a more connected alternative to the hustle and bustle of high-traffic salons. Our focus is on creating beautiful hair while fostering a supportive, creative environment that encourages passion and collaboration whilst also delivering stunning work.

The Details:
A competitive salary based on experience, clientele and work- plus achievable incentives and bonuses.
3-5 day week with 1 late night only.
On-site & off-site training, helping us stay ahead of the latest trends and developments.
4-6 weeks of annual leave, with a 2-week Christmas closure - finishing up before Christmas Eve.
Monthly team breakfasts.

Apprentice
We are seeking an enthusiastic second-year apprentice who LOVES all things hair, is EXCITED about the potential growth and refinement of their craft, and has a PASSION for creating beautiful work while delivering excellent customer service. 🫶🏻

About the role
Our salon apprentices are a core member of our team. They are the ones that keep the ball rolling to ensure our clients have the best possible experience. Here are some of the responsibilities you will take on in this role:
Client Service
Supporting and collaborating with our Senior Stylists in a fun and nurturing environment
Hands-on learning every day alongside our team, building skills through practical experience.
Weekly Training with our Lead Trainers (more below)
Off Site training opportunities and events.

Your learning
In 2025, we’re introducing a progressive new approach to learning that sets a higher standard and ensures our apprentices truly stand out. As a full-time apprentice, you’ll benefit from dedicated weekly training days led by our experienced team, including a renowned national educator who will guide you through every stage of your journey.
In addition to hands-on practice, you’ll have offsite time for essential theory sessions, complemented by external training opportunities with leading brands—giving you the chance to explore and develop the areas you’re most passionate about.
